JUNE 27, 2013 - 7:00-9:00For beginner or intermediate artists, this class will help you step away from the details and focus on shapes and composition.
Looser watercolors are beautiful in their fluidity and we will be working on NOT getting too detailed. This style of painting with watercolors is very fun and relaxing. Can't wait to see you there! |
JULY'S SATURDAY WORKSHOPS - cost - $65

You will need to come with your own reference photos and your own project already sketched out and ready to paint. I will demonstrate the portrait techniques that have been successful for me and then assist you with anything that you need for your portraits. We will also discuss what kinds of photos make good reference photos for portraits. Come and learn how to make your portraits vibrant and full of life! This is an intermediate to advanced class. |
Saturday, July 27, 2013 - 1:00-5:00Let's talk about complex shapes and glass! Let's break it down into shapes and steps! Let's lean how to paint complex objects and not be afraid!
Take your watercolors to a whole new level by learning to break down reflections in vases, marbles and glass. The techniques you learn in this class will help you in any project involving reflections. We will be tackling the marble project (above). You will learn how to take the first step. I will have your projects ready for you when you come. Challenge yourself and succeed in this area! This is an intermediate to advanced class. |
